Victory House Receives an Accredited Veterans Homeless Program AwardVictory House in partnership with Wilkes-Barre Veterans Hospital and Lehigh Valley Veterans Clinic participated and completed the survey for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Victory House which has been working with the Department of Veteran's Affairs since 1987 providing homeless programs is an approved and accredited Grant Per Diem Program working with homeless veterans with substance disorders. As a provider for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Victory House works with both Wilkes-Barre Veterans Hospital and Lehigh Valley Veteran's Clinic in Allentown providing housing and supportive services for homeless veterans.In March 2009, Victory House and its partners were awarded an accreditation from (CARF.
