Upon entering Victory House you will be interviewed by the Shelter Services Case Manager, who gathers appropriate demographic information, assesses resources as well as needs, and personal information that led you to Victory House.

Additionally, a medical assessment is completed by the Registered Nurse and an employment assessment is completed by the Employment Case Manager.

The team meets to discuss the development of an initial case management plan which is shared with you. This plan is your blueprint for the next 45 days with a review of your progress done weekly.  As a client, you will receive a resident handbook to read and meet with the Residential Supervisor to review during your first week.

Additionally, the Residential Supervisor will explain the program structure, activities, chores, and will make available necessary personal hygiene items if needed.

After the 45-day stabilization is completed, each client continues to remain part of Victory House Shelter Services on a case by case basis while he continues to work toward permanent recovery from homelessness and self-sufficiency.
