Who We Serve:

Homeless Veteran Men between the ages of 18-65 who have been referred to Victory House through The Veterans Administration
​
Homeless men of Northampton County between the ages of 18-65 that are in recovery for drug and/or alcohol abuse
​
Homeless men of Northampton County between the ages of 18-65 that are dealing with mental health issues and have a mental health diagnosis
Homeless men of Lehigh County between the ages of 18-65 that are in recovery for drug and/or alcohol abuse

You may download the screening application form below. Once completed in its entirety you may submit via email, fax or in person. Please allow up to 48 hours to be contacted by a Victory House Staff member as we are constantly receiving lots of referrals on a daily basis. If you do not hear from a staff member within 48 business hours you may contact the referral line via phone at 610-691-3373 ext. 319.
