Veteran Programs
The Victory House Veteran Emergency Shelter serves homeless veteran men between the ages of 18–65 who are referred through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This short-term emergency shelter provides veterans with immediate housing, case management, and support services designed to stabilize their living situation and connect them to permanent housing and community resources.
Our team works closely with each veteran to ensure they receive the assistance and respect they deserve while transitioning toward greater self-sufficiency.

Victory House’s Grant and Per Diem (GPD) Program provides transitional housing and supportive services for homeless veteran men ages 18–65 who have been referred through the Veterans Administration.
This program is designed to promote long-term stability and independence through individualized case management, access to healthcare, mental health and substance use counseling, employment readiness training, and community reintegration support.
Our dedicated staff helps veterans set and achieve personal goals as they work toward securing permanent housing and rebuilding their lives.
